Sweet Potato Hash with Bacon and Peas

sweet potato bacon hash

This quick-cooking meal is one of my all time favorite dishes. I often cook it for a hearty breakfast or omit the eggs and serve as a savory side dish. While I've always loved this one pan meal, the addition of our naturally infused Garlic Oil takes it over the top.
